Meliza H. Agabin, Deputy Chief of Party

Ms. Agabin is a rural finance and microfinance specialist with more than 28 years of experience in these areas behind her.  Ms. Agabin joined the MABS Program in 1998 and has since served in different capacities. She plays a prominent role in providing training and technical assistance to rural banks on the MABS Approach and microfinance best practices, and helping supervise members of the technical staff. Ms. Agabin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree (Economics) from the University of the Philippines.
