Citigroup Philippines along with the Microfinance Council of the Philippines, Inc. (MCPI) and the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), announced the search for the 2004 Citigroup Microentrepreneur of the Year on January 28.
A delegation composed of nine rural bankers from seven Rural Bankers Association of the Philippines-Microenterprise Access to Banking Services (RBAP-MABS) Program banks participated in a study tour to Bolivian microfinance institutions.
