Module 1 Senior Management Orientation

Description: The Senior Management Orientation Module is the first step in the MABS Approach to microfinance services. Its main purpose is to provide an appreciation and overview of the MABS Approach and microfinance in general.

1. Senior Management Exposure Workshop. A two-day training course for rural bank owners and top-level officers, the course consists of classroom sessions and an exposure visit with banks staff and clients at one of MABS participating banks. Trainees get firsthand experience with a bank that is successfully implementing a MABS microfinance program.
